DOn't ever base your relationship on astrology or fortune tellers., just use it for mere entertainment.
I kinda believe in a little of everything, although I firmly feel that you must believe in yourself 1st and foremost AND your relationship and God (or universal spirit~however you perceive this)
I've had astrologers tell me that my husband and I "weren't compatible".....and it truely is RIDICULOUS!! We have such a good relationship in many ways honestly.....and have been together many yrs. now!!!!!
I personally believe that there are planetary influences, and I do like astrology in a lot of ways....but do not use it as something "written in stone"......you design your own destiny truthfully speaking here.
Even tho there seems to be some accuracies here and there, esp. if you get your own personalized chart made up and all....still feel astrology can never be 100% correct as we all have free will, in addition to the fact that much of the information on the science of astrology was burned in the Egyptian libraries forever and a day ago.
Just believe in yourself, it's going to be okay. ;o)

I completely agree with Rillies and thinNtall………. A lot of people have a really bad stereotypical image of people who are interested in Astrology and I am not talking about the stuff that you see in newspapers, periodicals etc. Astrology is actually quite a serious subject … I don’t know about the psychic stuff (some questions posted on here asks psychics to do reading etc) … I am sceptical of that … but pure astrology in terms of science etc … that’s something worth looking into … but not to get overly obsessed about! … and just as thinNtall said it’s a tool and not a rule … even if your signs aren’t “compatible” doesn’t mean you have to end the relationship right there and then … it can still survive if you tweak a few things and have open and honest communication between two people … it just means you have to work hard or harder at it … that’s all … I completely agree with you that its silly to go over to someone that you like for the first time and the first question that pops in your head is “what star sign are you?” just in case you’re not “compatible” and anyway the issue is not as straightforward as that … so altogether a bad strategy and idea … I certainly don’t go round thinking “hmmm lets see he looks like or has a presence of a Leo … lets go over and talk to him” … So I wish people wouldn’t completely slash away at Astrology … but at the same time I am not forcing them to embrace the idea …

Astrology is based on the stars and although you may see stars and or feel stars about someone this is mostly entertainment, and something to test for fun. Base your relationships on trust , honesty, and then see if you can kindle a romance. But always remember that anything that is spaced out there is maybe just a game we want to believe in and some of it seems to fit but you can read all of the horoscopes and find something in each one that can pertain to you. Its all personality based and most peope have the same things in common as well as likes and dislikes. So have fun experimenting with it but don't base a person only because of a sign.

astrology is not always true and that it really doesnt matter by what it tells of what sign ur not compatible with and couldnt make it at all.
It would be silly to rate a paper oracle over your heart.
I looked in two newspapers today and found different birthdates given for the astrological signs.
If you feel a need to be astrologically compatible and the western system doesn't work for you, check out the Chinese version.

Don't worry about it. Astrology is a cool hobby, but it's nothing to base a relationship on. That's more for stuff like trust, common interest and affection, lol. I don't know how long you've been together, but if it offers any hope, I'm a Scorpio and the man of my dreams is Aquarius...we've been together 2+ years. Regardless of the astrology stuff, we've been pretty compatible!

No, you shouldnt base your relationships on astrology because there are exceptions to the rule. There could be relationships where the signs dont match but the 2 people do. Astrology is just something to help you get a better understanding of the other person.

Popular astrology is not a reliable source for relationship advice.
Consider how many people read their horoscope in a daily paper. The same "advice" applies to EVERYONE of the same "sign".
Sorta like using fortune cookies as an accurate predictor of the future.

You shouldn't base your relationship on it, but astrology can certainly make you think and/or explain actions that you may not understand. Maybe you should just read an astrology site that says your relationship is a good thing :)

So what if you two might butt heads about who is "more" right. There is a possibility that might endear you to each other all the more.
Sun sign compatibility alone doesn't ever make a whole relationship. It is a lot more complex than that, and is never fool proof.
