how to get out of my stiff-ness?

Loosen up! Dance in front of the mirror, find a comfortable tempo song and just let go! That's what it takes in a nut shell. Watch some music videos for help! Do wiggle exercises, wiggle your arms, legs, feet, knees, booty, whatever until you loosen up!!!! You can do it! Hope this helps!

My friend doesn't know how to dance because when he dances he bumps into the back row too much so now we have to push him befor he bumps into us. He is not too stiff. Take dancing lessons.Check out my yahoo 360 profile.

Just relax. Close your eyes and just let the music take you to another place.

Or you could practice in a mirror to the same song and watch urself until you feel as though you look better. The more comfortable you become with your body and moves, the better you'll get at it.

go to my house,and we'll show you how to dance any spanish music!Use your hips and waist most of all,shoulders and ankles should be used gracefully and not dramatically,hold your head gracefully but not stiff and smile and use eyes to connect with your audience or just the music,then just move with the beat in your heart,try visiting dance classes or simply put on some music and discover your dance style...always smile while dancing,and use your facial features to draw attention but they should always go with the music you ar dancing,who cares what anybody thinks or will think,keep doing your thing,your hips don't lie!!!There are a lot of hip hop moves,like brushing your shoulders off,blinging-off,and plenty of variety,you should add these to your dancing,DANCING is an art,girl!Do plenty of searching throughout the internet towards dancing...

You're stiff because you're too tense and nervous and you think all eyes are on you. Have a few drinks and try to relax. (That's if your of drinking age)
