It could be several things that make it hurt
Your chest area could be growing larger
Hormone changes
Clothes too tight
Is there a certain time of day, or does it happen just random?
Can you link it to anything? HAve you started using anything new like a new soap?

Not weird, I had it too, nipples are growing, thats all

no, that is completely normal, you are at the age that happens. It is your hormones coming in and making changes in your body. Like your face breaking out, sweating, etc. Guys faces break out, voices change. With girls they start their periods, etc.

yes perfectly normal,when you start producing a lot of testosterone during puberty your body gets rid of some by "aromatizing" and turning it into oestrogen ,this can cause breast sensitivity and sometimes growth(gnaeocomastia)
If you start getting breast growth go see you doctor i think they can give you an Oestrogen antagonist(reduces effect of this hormone)

Your body is changing, and instead of growing from fat and milk glands, it is building with muscle.
