i paid with a moneygram for concert tickets & now the seller has disappeared, what can i do?

Nothing. Never pay with western union/ money gram/ cashiers check/ money order, or any other method that can't be tracked. Unless you get the tickets or item in had first. You just learned a valuable lesson, and I'm sorry it was a hard one.
