I think a lot depends on the position you are attaining.
Try different positions and see if any feel better, because the way you penetrate and how hard will make a big difference to the girl.
Does she complain at all times, or only during certain moves?
From Behind is usually deeper, and might be a bad idea for your problem. Go to the library or a book store and look into books on positions, you might find something that will tell you the best postition for your issue, and if not, then you've learned a little more anyway.

You have very good advice here (as well as some asinine responses). You can't do anything about the length or width of any penis. Size is genetic and hormonal. But you can check out some advice about positions you use. There are plenty of books about that. Don't thrust too fast and too deep. Most women, however, can accomodate to any size penis. So test it out, and get her to help you. That would mean that you are caring and willing to work things out sexually. Don't be afraid to talk with your partner.
Learning to express love in any sexual relationship is more important than worries about size. Women like to be held rather than to be poked and hurt. Be gentle.

Maybe you shouldnt put it all the way down to the shaft just use the front end of the penis. Some woman have shallow vaginas and it hurts to have something ramming your cervix like its trying to break it down. Just use some of what you have not the WHOLE think sometimes less is more.

Position is everything. You will need to make some technique modifications. Avoid normal "missionary" and "Doggie" positions.
Position your bodies so that you can avoid impaling your partner.
There is (or used to be) a donut you could get with an Rx. I found using it was clumsy.
Some of this takes practice, but my partners have appreciated the extra effort

You've been with the wrong girls. If staying with this girl I suggest different positions, maybe let her ride you or just don't go in all that far, although that's no fun for guys.
