Here's the question that I was looking for, so here is my answer, Remember that he is going home with you and not with her. Of course she can look, and of course she could flirt but look at it this way, Obviously he must look good so just chalk it up in the win column for you and ignore that because if he love you he will be with just you, and I know you love him else you wouldn't have wanted a suggestion don't let it bother you. Listen I have been married for 17 years and I have had women looking and flirting for years. And believe me I don't worry about that and yes my man looks good too! He is coming home to me at night and not to them, so don't let yourself get all bent out of shape over it, Your man is coming to you and only you! So remember that!

It's up to the husband to put her (the flirting one) in her place. If a guy was flirting with me in front of my husband, he wouldn't find it funny. It's up to the couple to show that they are a couple and then most people will act respectful around them - unless the flirting one is totally low-class. In any case, the husband should not be smiling from ear to ear from a little attention. His attention belongs with his wife.

I am very to hear that you are in this situation.
I have seen this with people my age (26), and also had people flirt with me that is much older than me. I would say the key is that you should do nothing. Talk to your husband and make sure that he is not the one giving woman the idea that they can flirt with him. I have woman flirt with me all the time, but it usually only happens once, as the woman can see that I am in a relationship and that I am not interrested in chit chat. If you believe that your husband handles himself correctly while being flirted with, dont worry about it, it will always happen, and I believe flirting people (while they now the victim is in s relationship) are not good people...pride yourself that you and your husband is better than them.

No matter how many women flirt with your husband, you need to be secure in the relationship. It is your husband's responsibility to control himself, not the other woman. Trust your husband to do the right thing. You can't stop women from flirting, but you can make damn sure they know YOU were the one who flirted with him the best because you have him. Step back, and smile. Let them know that he is yours by not reacting. They are the one's who want him. You already have him......

A man will flirt in front of her husband and later ask her if she has the same name as the man. I wouldn't mind if a woman flirted with a husband I might have because it is a complimentary form that makes people feel good!

Yes flirting is the one thing that is equal with men and women. I do believe that women are the most disrespectful.
For me personally when it happens I just laugh it off.Because for one my husband doesn't even notice.( I tell him when they walk away, if they are being disrespectful towards me.) And for two it is hilarious to watch them throw themselves at him and hes leaving with me.I like to see what great lengths they will go to.One time this chick that was working at a clothing store followed him around and kept asking him if he needed help. He finally realized what she was doing and turned around and planted one big one on my lips and slapped my bottom. needless to say she backed off. Might seem kinky but it's always nice to know you have a good-looking mate.

I sit back and enjoy the entertainment value. My guy is very loyal to me. I take it as a compliment. I know he is very charming and great looking which is why I wanted him to begin with. So for another woman to try is only natural. I enjoy watching other women try knowing that I am the only one he wants. I'm not a jealous girl at all. the same goes for him. He sits back and grins watching me get hit on and laughs out loud when I shoot them down.

First of all, it's a compliment to you and your man, but also, if it is simple flirting, that can be healthy for both of you too. If you are mature enough (both of you), you will know when it is simple harmless flirting, or if it goes too far. If too far, your husband should be able to handle the situation so that it is respectful to you both and your marriage. Just smile at the girl, she knows you have him, that's probably why she pushes the envelope, by smiling coyly, you let her know that you are secure with your relationship, killem with kindness!!!

hmmm......I think I would not care but if things will get a bit out of hand. I'm definitely gonna walk up to the two of them and kissed my hubby infront of her. Then say "Oh I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist my husband, don't you just find him gorgeous? You can watch and eat your heart out." Well, if that gets worst anyway.
But then again..... I think it's the other way around in my case, but he wants me to be flirted at. What's with men??!!

I'd ignore the flirty women, and give your man a little flirting from YOU. There's not better way to keep your honey interested than giving him a little bit to want after!
