Before I start, Cena isn't taken, he's single. That wuz just a rumor. The blonde in pictures wit John iz actually his ex-fiance, Elizabeth.
I'm not sure whether or not Batista's taken. But I think he's dating the ECW interviewer Rebecca DiPetro. That rumor has been going around for a while. However, I do know that him and his wife, Angie, divorced back in July or August 2006.

Yes, batista had a wife and has kids, but BAtista rescently got a divorce and is now Dating ECW's backstage interviewer, Rebecca. And also, i dont think Cena is taken.
