That is a very cute name. I have a friend who named her baby Gage, and the name really grew on me. It's unique like the name Sienna. Go for it.

Sienna and Gage sounds all right, yet I need to see a middle name to really make up my mind. Sienna is an Italian name that means reddish-brown and Gage is a French name that means:Pledge.

Well, I might be a little biased because my son is named Gage, but I think it's a great name. It's unusual without being strange. My son is 5 years old, and I have had a lot of complements on his name. I also think it sounds good with Sienna.

I really don't like the name Gage at all... But I do love Sienna. I am also not sure if they go together well, but that may be because I dislike the name Gage.

I love the name Gage & actually wanted to name my son that. I think i goes well with Sienna because neither of them are common names. Good luck with the name search, I know it's a difficult process.

I like how you're trying to match, and Gage sounds all right - except that name always makes me think of Phineas Gage, the guy who got a pole shot through his head in the 1800s and lived. It was a sad story. Sorry, that's probably really obscure, but it made me really sad and so now the name Gage does too - lol.
But, congratulations on your son!

The first thing that comes to mind is Phineas Gage (if I remember right) who suffered a serious brain injury which changed his personality to short-tempered and irritable (to put it mildly). It's in most beginning Psychology textbooks. See here for more info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phineas_Gage
I wouldn't use the name. It doesn't really match with Sienna (but it doesn't sound bad either).

Apparently Gage is a surname but, to me, I first heard it as an archaic slang term for Cannabis so I always think of the herb whenever I hear it.

I love it. Like some of the others mentioned, the first time I heard it was in Stephen King's Pet Semetary, but the name itself holds no bad connotations to me.

The name was on the list for my son, but his daddy hated it (and most of my other suggestions...).

I think it sounds nice with Sienna, too.
