I have first degree in Sociology but I want to have second degree in similar Areas in Abroad .
So how can i meet my financial problem/

If you already have a college degree then your best bet is to try to get into a graduate program. Graduate programs - especially at the doctoral level - often fund their students so you would not have to pay tuition and may even get a stipend.

That said, you would need better English to gain admission to such a program.
