Obviously the questioner is under the effects of some hallucinogen.
Get a life girl, but more importantly GET AN EDUCATION! We (the educated) are correct A is the first word in the English dictionary!

Just wondering.....has anyone else got any foul mouthed personal messages from this muppet Pauline N?
On one of her many braindead questions on the same subject, I like many others, simply pointed out that "A" was the first word in the dictionary and that "Aachen" was not a word but a German town.
I got an incredibly funny but dimwitted private mesage full of swear words which looked like it had been written by a 3 year old child or at least someone on very strong medication. (the non-prescription variety I think).
Sadly I've blocked her from sendig further emails, though no doubt she's at her keyboard trying to send more.
Anyone else got any they'd like to share?

No, the next word in the dictionary is an noun (a'a) with a definition of: lava having a rough surface. Since when did we start saying it is only a word if it has two syllables.

The last time I was in school, a was a complete word.
I mean we do not use ' to replace any other letters, so there fore, a IS A COMPLETE WORD.
Stop showing your ignorance and with ALL these people trying to show you that you are wrong, who are you to say you are right?
WHERE are you from anyway?

Wow - "a" is a complete word - that's pretty funny that you don't want to admit that. I doubt I am the only one saying this.
Good Luck!!!
