high disposable income of NOIDA residents is reason for keep on increasing sector-18 real estate prices.
the big change, opening of malls, hotel, MNC offices all are phenomena of sharp rise in prices after NOIDA Toll bridge.

sector 18 was established just as a commercial marketing place but it gained prominence when the toll free bridge was made. it made noida closer to south delhi. noida being much less crowded offered a lot and the filmcity area got lots of bpos too
