http://www.youtube.com usu. has any music video on it (albiet, poor quality sometimes)
http://music.yahoo.com will let you watch/listen to the full version of most music videos. You have to watch a 30-second commercial before it starts playing.
Otherwise, for just a 30 sec bit, almost any music download site does that.
