go to your My Q&A then click edit my info (under your name and silouhette) then by the word PICTURE click the last link get my avatar..create and save !!

Go to your Q&A click on edit my profile..scroll down there will be three options one is to use a picture to the far right it says use my avatar/edit my avatar or get avatar...click that and it will take you to the avatar page.
