No, the actual program wont. When your dowloading songs some people attach virusis with them. to be safe watch for the songs that arent loading fast, I delete those right away. also remember to fully close the program because some people will try to get into your computer if they see you have been on for a while. Ive beeen using limewire for a while and havent gotten any viruses so follow these tips and you wont either.
You dowload the songs on limewire and you ahve to dowload itunes. you highlight the songs in lime wire and drag them onto your itunes songs list.

I have had Limewire for 5 years already and it hasn't done anything to me. Thus far I have approximately 1,000 songs in my file, and I've shared the songs as well. It has worked better than any other music sharing program. However there is a downfall to the program. It is illegal to do such a thing and if you're caught, the government could fine you $1,000 per song. Yes you can put the songs into your iPod. All you have to do is download the song and then click and drag it into your iTunes. Within iTunes you can put it into your iPod. I think it is really convenient if you're not willing to pay money just for a song. I don't think it's worth it paying money just for one song, therefore, I have had Limewire for so long. I think it's the best out there. Well good luck on your decision.

I would not use limewire if my life depended on it. It is illegal and if you get caught, you can end up in a lot of trouble. And besides, it's filled with spyware.
But, if you really must download it, yes you can put the music off of limewire onto your ipod. Just amek sure it's MP3 format, not WMA, as itunes has to convert it.
Hope this has been of some help.

Limewire wont screw up your computer but it might make it run a little bit slower if its running. You can put the songs on your ipod, simply highlight the ones you want from limewire and drag them into your iTunes window. I hope that helps!

Well, It does have a crap load of Spyware. And if you try to delete the Spyware, you delete LimeWire, I suggest get an I.P. changer.....:-) and then down loaded. I have never had any problems with my LimeWire and I have never gotten Viruses of them, But the Spyware is still there.

If you are going to pay and use the limewire pro, it is good. If you do not want to pay, there are better alternatives:
Windows - Shareaza
Mac OS - frostwire
Add the downloaded media to iTunes, from there is is straight road.
Have fun and stay legal.

yeah its cool, the only element incorrect with it somewhat is that it may provide you viruses. yet you could circumvent, jut variety interior the call of a music,(the music in basic terms*,no artist) then %. the single that exhibits up with the artists call even however you didnt variety it. and do only virus scans each and every now and then just to be on the secure edge
