If someone is in county jail, can they be refused medical attn. & there prescription meds?

They have to be given life saving medical attention, but aren't required to be treated for every annoying little thing that's wrong with them.

For instance, they should be given insulin if diabetic, but that skin rash will probably go untreated.

No, an inmate cannot be refused medical attention. As for you finding out, state laws are strict when it comes to confidentiality. So I doubt it if jail officials will give you that information. If the inmate say he is being refused medical treatment, it is up to him to press the issue to jail authorities and write to various individuals on the outside of the prison to bring it to their attention.

once you violate others rights to the factor which you're convicted and incarcerated, you deserve in basic terms minimum rights. in reality, you should earn what you get. you like good nutrition, plant some vegetation and raise some chickens. you like entertainment, examine a mind-blowing e book. it somewhat is a penal complex, no longer a motel!
