i been looking online i don't know much about these things the car came with those tires and rims but it seems like that brand is not on the market anymore where can i find what i need again on the caps says SEC alloy wheels

need more information...but if the car is not to old and hoping that they are the original rims then they are dealer items...and center cap can be purchased in the parts department...hope this help

I suppose you could steal one, but that's kinda illegal, so I don't recommend it. Go to a good tire/wheel store, and let them look at exactly what you have instead of sitting at computer. They will know, or if not, they will suggest another place for you.
