Recently I've noticed wrinkles on my eyelids and under my eyes - especially when smiling. I notice when I look back at pictures that I never really had it until the last two years or so.

One thing I stopped doing a while back was taking vitamins. I probably should seeing as I don't eat as healthy as I should - would this affect the skin?

I was also looking at this accupuncture thing - does this really work?

and one last thing - i'm not a big fan of products for skin. I just find they irritate my skin mostly and they seem unnatural. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything natural (like fruit juices / milk etc.) thats good for skin. (I also read chamomile tea is good for it?) My skin seems to be easily irritated.

appreciate any advice - thanks

There is a way of DIY anti-wrinkle cream. Mix a teaspoon of olive oil with an egg. Smoothen the (whatever area that has wrinkles) with it. Let it remain until the skin gets dry.

To remove the cream, add a teaspoon of soda bicarbonate wtih hot water. Stir. Dip a piece of cotton wool to this mixture and use it to remove the cream.

You sound like a guy? Well...yes poor health can lead to discoloration, bags, and wrinkles...but I doubt thats why you have wrinkles if your only 19. My guess is you sleep on your stomach on bad sheets which over time causes wrinkles. It could also be hereditary or just because you smile a lot! Honestly your going to have to use an eye cream! I know guys hate that but Clinique makes one called all about eyes rich and its great and you can get it online if your too embarrased to go there yourself. L'occitane also makes one called Immortelle eye balm. Good Luck!
