We just bought it today and he played with it for about 30 mins. He turned it back on and the robot kept saying that he need to stand up (even though he was already standing up). He then proceeded to throw himself in the floor (quite amusingly) and said, bad motivator. Then it said, operator error. We took the batteries out in hopes of resetting it with no luck. It's not the batteries, we've tested them. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

The robot's battery might be low and has to be changed, and maybe you put wrong batteries, in a wrong way - nad +.
