I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever seen, but it's definitely top 10 material. As a graduate of one of Boise State's WAC rivals (Nevada), I must say I was rooting very hard for BSU to represent the WAC well in the BCS, and they did just that. Even if they had lost the game, they still would have proven that the smaller conferences can play to the level of the BCS conferences (just as two years ago when Alex Smith and the Utah Utes beat Pitt in the Fiesta Bowl).

It was definitely quite entertaining, just for all the action at the very end and all the gadget plays Boise ran. I don't understand why more teams don't run the "hook-and-ladder" play more often. You get the first receiver catching the ball going one way and lateralling to a second going the other, so with the defense swarming to tackle the first receiver, the second often has a clear path down the field, as was the case in the Fiesta Bowl. And of course, the "Statue of Liberty" play is an old throwback classic trick play that always seems to work, especially when used at opportune times.

I think your team has to be invloved for it to be considered the best, but its definatly up there. One of the greatest and most unprobable games to ever be played.
