that all depends on the way your sentence is reading. For instance if you are setting up an appointment to meet with someone you would say "at what time". If your sentence reads something like this, I was giving him a bath, at which time, he decided to pull the plug. Not a very good example, but i hope you get the drift. lets see if i can think of another example. I was turning left, at which time, the other driver decided to turn left also. Meaning that you were doing something that coincided with something else. or the same time.

Depends. If you're talking about two different times..then "at which time"...For example: I can go to the doctor at 9:30 or 10:00...at which time should I go. When just talking generally then "at what time"...For example: I what time should I go to the doctor? But you can just use "when" in any situation dealing with time.

Depends on the sentence. For example, if there was a list of times to choose from then "at which time" would be more appropriate than "at what time."

Either is acceptable. However, it is more proper to spell the word "color" .. as "colour" when in the presense of a person from the British Isle. Good Luck ! :)

At which time--- if you have any doubt- just think of all the legal shows on TV where the prosecutor always states at which time...
