I have been staying in a house as tenant for the past 7 months.To claim HRA, my company is insisting on the rental agreemtent to be produced which I did not take at that time.

Is it possible to write an agreement now for the previous period?

Yep just write one up put the date U moved into the place & ask the Owners to sign it 4 U.Good Luck

Check and see if the previous tenant has a copy.
