Nature’s Miracle should work. It is available at Petsmart. Make sure you follow the direction. The main reason that it fails is that people just sprays it on and wipe it up and not let it soak in.

There is a product call Urine be Gone. Try this web site:
http://www.bestofasseenontv.com/urinegone/urinegone.html
That works pretty good.
Also bleach and water is pretty good too. Using a rag or paper towel soak and blot the area with the bleach and water mix. Be sure to dry it outside or near a heater. That should do the trick. Then use a water resistant mattress cover and maybe a protective pad on top of the sheet..

This has worked for me....
Natures miracle is awesome. They sell it at the pet store. (If you can't get it, I'd split bleach and water, spray it on)I'd saturate the area with that, and saok up what I could with towels. Then I'd lay the mattress in the sun all day. Move it around the house so it stays in full sun all day. Flip it over, too. Then once all the cleaning solution is dry, I'd fabreeze the heck out of it. Then buy an extra matress pad and some nite-time pull ups. Good luck!

Sorry but after so much urine a mattress cannot stop holding the smell. I think your best bet is getting rid of it, and buying a cheep one till the child is potty trained or keep pull-ups on him/her.
Good luck!

Not sure what "everything" entails...
Options:
- Vinegar
- Steam clean with a safe cleaning agent (make sure chemical won't be harsh for child)
- Fabreeze
- Try a pet odor remover (they are made for pet urine, but why wouldn't it work on human urine?)
Try checking websites like parents.com to see if they have any additional suggestions on their website too.

Have you tried baking soda and water? If you make a paste of baking soda and water and apply it, and rinse with a lot of water you should be in business. Also I've heard good ole vinegar can fix it too. Hope that helps.
