My first choice to buy it would be www.newegg.com. You could also buy it from Tigerdirect.com

This memory looks good:

Prices range from $25 - $50 depending on what brand you get. I suggest you stick with a name brand like Kingston, Corsair, Crucial, Viking, or Patriot. Spending an extra $5 - $10 on good quality memory is well worth it. The cheaper brands are slower, and break more often.

Hope this helps!

I have a 128MB that I can sell you for whatever a cheap price is for one now a days. If your willing to go ebay, then you should deifnatly be able to buy from there. If your willing to settle for 128MB(or a 32mb stick, heehee[and its PC100 i think, not 133]) then give me a mail
