Ideas that are meant to be shared should ideally be understood by communities requiring this knowledge.

Personal matters hardly pose such importance in the larger scheme of things, contrary to the popular contemporary belief that one person can change the world.

All the more so at a personal level that a certain obscurity exists to allow traditional notions that forbids a true gentleman of hanging their dirty laundry in the face of public audience.

'Intrinsic' understanding if one reads the question correctly, can be experienced, albeit once a long time ago.

The larger oddity occurred once, absent of physical presence and aural senses. One could rationalise it as a likely construct of self delusion especially when senses are limited to the confines of uni-directional modes of communication.

Yes. All the time. I think that's kind of a universal dream - to be understood. That and the universal desire to love and be loved and also to be accepted by others. That's why music is amazing. When you really connect with a song, it makes you feel like someone out there understands what you're going through even if you can't talk to that person. Hope this helps!

Everyone needs others to love them for who they are. Life is all about relationships. It's hard to get others to know you if they aren't trying to get to know you. Obviously, those are the people you really want in your life.
Besides, the best relationships are with those who really want to know the real you--"warts and all".
