Does anybody know of a good website were I can find a big letter "C" to go on my car door.

Try your local sign store. They make vinyl stickers in large sizes for signs which should suit your needs.

Any of your local vinyl signshops can do this and if its just one letter they can probably do it in an afternoon. Support your local businessman!
