Hey, you're the spider web lady!!! No, no, no, no, and no again. Even if he is undertaking some noble purpose, like trying to spot some UFO's, track rare wildlife, or trying to help McGruff take a bite out of crime, if you guys are newlyweds (that's the impression I get), he shouln't be out there all night...after about 11PM or so he should be in the house with his hot new wife.

That depends on what he's watching! If he's spying on people that is a bad idea. And try to get him in sometime for some sleep, staying up all night isn't good for health. You don't need a husband walking around the house half asleep and tripping over things. If he absolutely has to stay up all night, make sure he gets some sleep in the afternoon or early evening first, maybe around 5 or 7.
You should also check to see if he has permission to be in your neighbor's garden too!

What's he lookin' at all night? I don't think so, not if he leaves his new wife in bed while he is sitting in your neighbor's garden with his binoculars, is that the question?? If so, NO, tell him to get his happy butt in the bed cos you have something for him to see. lol

why not? as long as they're just regular binoculars. if they have night vision capabilities, i'd join him!
