Is anyone else here afraid of going to the doctor and/or dentist?

im scared of the dentist..and ym tetth arent even that bad lol.

I had a tremendous fear of dentists after a terrible experience and it was years and a broken tooth later before I found a wonderful dentist. It just takes checking some out. Call and ask if you can meet with the doctor or dentist not as a patient to see if you are comfortable with them one on one. If you are comfortable then schedule an appointment. if you are not comfortable, on to the next

sorry i liked that saying from a magazine i saw. Depending upon the cause- try a herbalist or chiro. , do an alt. thing to say away from the tech. stuff. good luck and take care
