how do you transfer music from a computer to a xbox?

i have music on a computer that i need to transfer to my xbox do i need any kind of programs or do i need to download something for it to work can someone please help me

i think u have to have some kind of ftp xbox transfer program to do that im not sure never tried it but it would sound very Interesting or do it the old way just like use a cd or dvd and just copy them to the xbox

pop in a cd and click "copy"
