ive read and heard that this is true....it sounds goofy so i dont know what to believe? haha. thanks in advance for any advice.

I read that in a babycenter magazine that in another country (ah i cannot think of the name) well anyhow they have more twins than women in the us cause their diet is rich in yams. So yea it is true

I can't see any relationship between eating yams and having twins. Would say it's another old wives tale.
