would you ask if they were okay or hurry to get out as fast as you could?

(well...obviously they're not okay if they're puking, but you know what i mean)

I'd knock on the stall and ask if they were okay and ask if there was anything I could do to help them. I wouldn't be grossed out. One of my friends does that all the time (you know why) and I got used to it because of her

I would say: Hello, my name is Polichinela, I passed my first aid course at the American Red Cross, can I help you?
You have to be aware that Good Samaritan Laws still exist.

what a moral dilemma.
how r u after giving me near heart failure by the way.
ur little problem?? pain + blood etc.

The Christian attitude is to enquire.
most might run in case it is contageous
or self inflicted.

personally I think I would wait at a distance to see what develops and if no sign of life call 911 in case it is serious. or whatever the US equivalent is for an ambulance.

lots of love
xxxx

I'd ask what they ordered and steer clear of whatever they had.
Or you could just complain and get your meal for free. only joking, ask to see if they are in need of assistance, do the decent thing.

I would ask them if they needed a glass of water or is there someone with them that I could tell to come help them.
