Don't worry, the cause of you skipping your period could be based on a few other things, such as eating habits, sudden weight changes, being stressed out or depressed.
Ever since I started my period at 14 or 15 (can't really remember) mine have always been screwy. I skipped mine up to 5 months before. Then when I am having my period every month its never on time. Now at 22 years old, I'm still having that problem in fact, I'm having right now, I'm about alomost a week late, unfortunatly I've been sexually active since I was 17 so having screwed up periods during those times of having boyfriends, I was always worried.
You said you haven't had sex yet, so don't worry too much, your body is going through a lot of changes at this age, and hormones are all crazy, if it continues to happen you may want to visit a gynocologist and they may prescribe you to birth control to make your period on time.

Ok, well if you're absolutely sure you can't possibly be pregnant (which is the most common cause of missed periods) then there are other reasons why your period could stop or come irregularly. It's not ususual to skip a month or even two right around the time when you start having it (when was your first period?) or if you've lost weight, that can be another reason, you need to have a minimum fat mass to menstruate.
There are other reasons as well, but you would have to see your doctor to get tested to determine. If it continues and there isn't a reason you can find for it, then see your doctor.

in case you ever took precalculus or another math class which covers properties of purposes, you discover out a thank you to make certain the area of the function. between the crimson flags to look out for is once you divide via 0. on your expression, whilst x = 3, the denominator is 0. subsequently, the area is each and every quantity beside 3. regrettably, the quantity you're attempting to plug in (x = 3) is the only quantity that would not artwork in this function. to make certain this usual hand, you0 can graph this function on a TI-80 3. in case you zoom in close to the graph at x = 3, you will see that there is a sparkling spot there! this is using the fact, as reported above, there merely isn't a cost of the expression at x = 3. you may say, nicely curiously like the respond could be 6, watching the graph. this concept of what the respond "could be" is what limits are all approximately. The values of the function on the left and surprising of x = 3 all pass in direction of 6 as you get closer and nearer. So we are saying the shrink as x is going to 3 is 6. So in spite of the fact that it truly is not technically the respond, 6 is your terrific selection. 0 isn't surprising in any sense. the very terrific answer is to assert that the expression is undefined at x = 3. This situation illustrates why 0/0 is noted as indeterminate. in this situation, 0/0 in a manner equals 6. the thought 0/0 can equivalent something is relatively the essence of calculus.

Being 14 and under stress or a changed diet will delay a menstrual cycle. If you do not have a normal cycle in two or more months and not having a sexual encounter. I would talk to a grown up female or your mother. I don't know your circumstances dear. If you can't go to your mom or she is not available, Go ask a trusted grown up who could set you up with appointment with gynecologist. Don't by any means think this is not normal. Its very common with teens under stress of everyday living. Its very common with hormones. Better to get it evaluated by a professional instead of ignoring it. A gynecologist is the best way to get a direct answer that provides you and your body with the most education.

Well, you might want to get checked out. You're very young, so it might just be that your body is still changing and growing. If you are very active, that could be the reason. Search the web on "aemmenoria" and read about the possible causes.
