I think yellow ranger from Power Rangers Dino Thunder was the cutest and the black guy who played the red ranger Power Rangers Turbo was the coolest.

Tommy was hot back in the day when he had that long hair. Plus he was the leader and the best ranger. All that power he had made him even more hot.
