my last period was in beg. of nov, i had very light pink spotting on off for 2 days in early dec. been feeling a lot more tired, emotional, and some food aversions/cravings. took a test mid dec. neg. but i still "feel" pregnant. i wasnt trying (wasnt not) so its not wishful thinking! i was going to wait til next week to see if i missed my period again to test, lately my nipples have become sore dunno if that could be my period or that im pregnant. well all of a sudden im having pretty sharp pains in my middle stomach. earlier today i ate spicy chicken strips and 2 whole lemons ( i had such a strong urge to eat a lemon!?), could that be why im having pains or should i be worried. and should i even think im pregnant. i just have a feeling i am...cant explain. ive had neg. tests before in the past but this time i didnt believe it dunno why i just dont. thanks for the help!!!! oh and btw im not a teenager and a baby would be a welcomed surprise.

i wasnt really asking if everyone thought i was pregnant, i plan on taking another test soon. i was just asking if having these sharp pains in my stomach is something i should worry about since there is a possibility i might be or if they would be normal or from all the spicy and sour food i ate earlier. i just wanted to make sure everything was okay in the event that i was thats all. they have subsided a little and now i jsut want something to eat again so who knows.

I would call a dr and see if you can go in for a blood test. When I was just barely pregnant, and I did not know it yet I had cravings for Tabasco sauce. I had no idea why, I just wanted it on everything. Once I found out that I was indeed pregnant, I also got weird pains in my belly and sides. My boobs were soooooo sore and I could not even touch them. I kinda had a feeling that I was prego, but I thougt, no I can't be pregnant...I was Good Luck. I hope it all works out for you.. Babies are so much fun.. I have a 4 year old and a 5 month old :)

Get a blood test at the doctor. I had a friend take a test and it showed negative after the specified time limit....she went back at the end of the day to throw the test away and it then showed she was pregnant. You can get false negatives but not false positives, but a blood test is always accurate. If it's not pregnancy you need to see the doctor anyway.

You could be pregnant. You need to go to the doctor asap to make sure you don't have an ectopic pregnancy. More than likely, you just took the test too early, and you're spotting could be implantation bleeding.

I would take another test if it comes back negative I would go to the doctor about your period and tiredness

sorry to say but the only person that could tell you for sure is your doctor go and get a blood test its way more accurate than a home preg test.i wish you all the best
