My PC keeps bugging me w/ "Send Error Report" it always appear on my screen that I have to close it. pls hlp

Please follow the steps:
1. Install antivirus and update it. You can use free antivirus : www.avast.com and its really cool and fully free for home users.
Scan the whole PC and remove the infections.
2. Install antispyware line www.superantispyware.com and update it. Scan the whole PC and remove the infections.
3. Problems should be solved at this stage.
4. If you see your browser working properly and having no others prob but getting error message then find out which program is creating the prob. If you are to bored with error message then stop the error notification service from Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Service and double click Error Reporting Service ans stop it.
