I am RH- 27 weeks pregnant with a boy. I had a miscarriage 4 years ago, never recieved Rhogam after that miscarriage and concieved 4 years later. You should be able to get pregnant, and have a healthy baby. At 27-28 weeks pregnant you will have a Rhogam shot again. I get mine Friday. My doctor said my baby is growing as he should, heart beat is great, and after my shot they expect me to have a healthy baby. Just make sure once pregnant you report any spotting ASAP to your Dr. as they may schedual your rhogam shot earlier in pregnancy if complications arise. Don't worry though, i didn't even have the shot after my miscarriage and was not RH sensatized. You can have a blood test done to see if after your miscarraige you were sensatized or not. This is something you should ask about with your Dr. I was tested automatically at 12 weeks pregnant, but i think you may be able to request the blood test before even getting pregnant. Go to your ObGYN and discuss everything. Good luck to ya!!!

RH factor shouldn't be a problem, if you had your shot right away after the miscarriage. All Rhogam does is protect the baby from having your body fight it if the baby is rh+. You should be fine. Everyone I know lately who had a hard time TTC is prego or just had a beautiful baby. You will too! God bless you!

while you're Rhesus beneficial you have the 'D' antigen on your crimson blood cells. while you're Rhesus adverse you do not have the 'D' antigen on your crimson blood cells. consequently while you're Rh adverse the D antigen is a foreign places antigen. If the D antigen is presented into the pass of a Rh adverse individual their physique would recognize it as foreign places and make an antibody against it. the two tactics that the D antigen would be presented into the pass of a Rh adverse individual is the two via receiving a blood transfusion of Rh beneficial blood (that's not at risk of happen except it truly is a severe emergency as blood is given Rh compatible the place ever available) or via a Rh adverse mom carrying a Rh beneficial baby and actually a number of the foetal cells crossing the placenta into mothers pass. consequently if a pregnant lady who's Rh adverse has a bleed, falls, has amnio or different adventure which may lead directly to foetal cells stepping into her pass it truly is taken into consideration necessary that she contacts the antenatal hospital to get carry of an injection of Anti-D (interior seventy two hours). This injection will 'mop up' the Rh beneficial foetal cells earlier the maternal immune equipment has a gamble to recognize the D antigen as foreign places. If a pregnant lady does advance an antibody to the D antigen this would pass back around the placenta and reason the foetus to destroy its very own crimson blood cells. even nonetheless this would not continuously bring about the pregnant lady dropping her toddler because it truly is dealt with via intrauterine transfusions at professional centres. If a Rh beneficial lady has a Rh adverse baby there's no situation with anti-D as there's no D antigen to recognize as foreign places on the foetal cells. even nonetheless Rh beneficial pregant females can nevertheless make antibodies to different crimson cellular antigens, yet i can not confuse you added!! desire this facilitates.

I have a friend with the same condition. She now has 6 kids. Don't give up hope.
I think you are doing everything you can do. I know miscarriages are hard to go through, but it will happen.

I am RH - and have 2 beautiful, healthy boy's. I don't think you will miscarry as a result of being RH - , but if you want a good explanation ask your Dr. He/She would likely give you a good answer. p.s My boys are both RH - as well, and my husband is positive.
