I have liked this alterboy in church for 2 yrs now and I know he has an attraction for me as well. We are always exchanging looks during mass. Problem is, we never got a chance to talk. On New Years Day, I dreamt he became a priest!! And only then, did he asked me for my number!! And I gave it to him!! (in the dream of course) I felt it was wrong but I'm crazy about him. It was a really strange dream. Then in the evening I went to church and saw him, only that he wasn't at the alter (for the first time) but a few rows away from me! I was with someone (dating recently) so I couldn't approach him. I'm still having feelings for my alterboy. What does the dream mean?? (And no I'm not a priest...Im a girl.)

I believe knowing an individual well, including oneself, is an important factor to dream analysis. However, having only your text as a guide, I recognize two themes to your dream; 1) Change & 2) questioning of appropriateness. The fact that you had the dream on or around New Year's may bring to the unconcious mind a sense of change, for obvious reasons. You mention that you've held an interest for this person for a significant length of time and that you dreamt his position change to that of which may render otherwise normal behaviour as inappropriate, thus suggesting a fear of a missed opportunity; that if you continue to hesitate to act the oportune moment may change to an awkward situation. This dream also, if I understand correctly, occured while involved in an intimate relationship; a fact that could also plague the mind with fear of inappropriateness as your heart reaches out for another. So, just as a recap on identifying these two, let's say fears: A) New Year's - change B) alterboy into priest - change/inappropriateness C) with one when wanting another - inappropriateness. Try looking up a dream dictionary online. Then once you find one, look up a general term that occured in your dream. (Try looking up the "main focus" of the dream). To analyze this dream, try searching for religion, preist, church, ect. Look up other words that were only details in the dream..such as phone number. Good Luck!

The last comment was nice, lol/ I think you had the dream because maybe part of you feels he is unobtainable( such as a priest) and often girls are really excited by boys they think they cant have or wont have. Its odd I know, but we are complex creatures lol

it's normal to dream about someone when you really like that person... i don't think he's going to be a priest you just decided to leave him too early and how am i suppose to interpret your dream?? you haven't given me a detailed description??? was he walking??? were you walking in that dream or just watching him?? were there stair cases? what did the church look like was it really big and all lighted up in your dream?? be specific

simple. You look religious. So, the priest is somebody untouchable (he will not get married if he is catholic). so, the association between your man and the priest is because he got a girl and for you is untouchable
