If you know someone who lives out of sprint/nextel coverage, and they wouldn't mind you putting their address down on your acct, tell cust care you are moving out of the coverage area and they will waive the ETF.

I would say that more than likely no.... These contracts are exactly that a contract and usually are hard to get out of especially since you have already been with them for a number of months. Call and ask. Normally there is a at least a 200.00 charge, maybe a charge for equipment, that you must pay to get out of contract. Normally to get out of a contract you must cancel withing 15 to 30 days. Sometimes as short as time as 7 days. Like I suggested before call and ask. It never hurts to try...

that is going to pass to collections. in case you do not pay collections, they might take you to courtroom, in the event that they are so susceptible. yet they could extra in all probability only enable your ruined credit communicate for them. you will not have the potential to get something on credit till you pay it off. additionally, you will not have the potential to lease a sparkling abode, vehicle, etc. i could set up a cost plan with them to pay off the early-disconnect fee. And stick to it, or they are going to deliver it to collections in case you pass over a cost. extra helpful to establish a cost plan than spoil your credit. found out that an prolonged time in the past with some well being expenses. i could pay off one completely and then pay off yet another completely...those that have been modern ended up going to collections. It replaced right into a mistake i don't care to repeat!

Pssht! sure you can cancel but they took $230 from me when I was called overseas before the lease ended. I even went as far as sending them the soldier sailor act and did not get reimburssed. I had to wait till I got back from Iraq and demanded to speak to management and the only response I got was. Oh I "was" in the Airforce and there was no conflict at that time. I was in OIF one and they totally stold from me. Gosh goodluck
