buddy there is no need to ask these questions as it is obvious that it inded has, altghough USA will continue to justify its invasion as a pre-emtive strike... eventhough Iraq posed no direct threat since it was brouht to power with the assistance of USA....
The war on Iraq was simply a revenge war that Bush a.k.a "Spawn of Satan" orchestarted to get revenge for the loss and humiliation during the reign of his father.
But I need not get into this further as it is clearly not needed, everyone knows what has happened and everyone knows what is right and what is wrong. It is just that when you are a superpower there are not many nations that are willing to oppose to you. One day everyone will be held accountable for their actions, only thing that it will take is time....

War is bad for both sides. The innocent{ civilian population}suffers the most. There is probably war crimes committed by both sides most of which will remain hidden.
The factors leading to war are often complicated and due to a range of issues. Where disputes arise over issues such as sovereignty, territory, resources, religion, or ideology and a peaceable resolution is not sought, fails, or is thwarted, then war often results

Nope, and guess what, the United States should separate ourselves from the U.N. because they are against every step of the way in every issue. I also wonder how many people knew that Iraq is part of the U.N. as well.

Bush is a war criminal not under the UN Charter, but the Nuremberg Principles.

And today, it's reported that indictments are being prepared overseas for Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzolaz, George Tenet as war criminals for the activities at Gitmo.

See the case of Maher Arar. It's all covert. No one's sure, and no one's admitted to anything. The US technically didn't violate any agreements, since it just shipped Canadian Arar to Syria to let them do it.

And, for the idiots out there, an international charter becomes US law if the US signs it.

Yeah, it is a soverign nation (and out of protection of its sovereignty, the US hasn't signed many UN documents), but sovereignty is abstract while human rights abuses are real.

No, the U.S. has not committed any war crimes. However, individual service members have. And they are being held accountable by the respective commands.

And, while I agree that the U.S. should be a sovereign nation, we can't have our cake & eat it too. We willingly joined the U.N., and if we want to disregard their rules, then we need to willingly leave it, permanently.

Is there any rule that says you cannot invade or declare war on any country for crimes against humanity?

Should the old USSR not be held accountable for their invasions into Afganistan if you are going to charge the USA for invading Iraq?

Unless you have spent time in an unfriendly country where cowards in civilian clothes often try to kill you in any possible way and do not mind, for example, using their own CHILDREN as mobile weapons/bombs against you--like in Vietnam and Iraq-- you should worry about what YOU do and not what people who are continuously in a potentially lethal situation you cannot possibly BEGIN to comprehend are doing.

They claimed they were invading due to WMD. The U.S. isn't going to be punished because then the other super powers will be held accountable for invading other countries.
