You can use SoyMilk. It's not milk... it's a wannabe milk for those who can't actually have milk. Am I using the word "milk" too much?

Some places do make them like that, but had to stop calling them milkshakes, and just call them shakes now. Use that frozen tofu stuff and soy milk. It will not be very good, unless you already like the taste of soy.
