Have you checked the circuit breakers? If they are ok measure the output voltage and frequency. It may be that the engine is operating at lower speed creating a lower frequency and lower voltage AC output. This could require adjustment of the governor to restore the engine to 3600RPM, and possibly adjustment of the output voltage regulator if supplied.

Does your saw appear to be operating at its normal speed?
