I fell off a riser in choir and was sent to the emergency room. The doctor said my ankle should be healed by Christmas Eve and it still isnt. What should I do?

I'm going to assume that the ER took X-rays of the ankle and found that nothing was broken. With that assumption made, stay off of your feet as much as possible. Try to keep the leg elevated and use ice on it. If it's not better in another week, see your doctor for a follow-up.

Give more specific info- what's it mean it's not healed? its still swollen, it feels broken??? Elevate and put more ice on it- until you can get into your family doc. - usually the er docs tell you to make a follow up appt. to your general doc. anyways.
