According to Oregon Geographical Names, there's actually five places named Warren Creek, Oregon. Here's the link. It gives latitude and longitude in addition to other info, so you can map them on Google Maps, for example.

Warren Creek is located in a rural area near Brownsville Dam. Near the town by the same name. It is just north of State Route 228, between the towns of Brownsville to the West and Crawfordville to the East.
It is approximately 20-25 miles East from the nearest city you may be familiar with, Corvallis, Oregon.

Warren, Oregon is in Columbia county about 22 miles to the west of Portland, OR
