A.I. The Answer

It will belong to Carmelo Iverson. That's a pretty cool name to me. But seriously, I don't think they need a single leader. Perhaps both of them could be good leaders for their team. They are both great players with tremendous talent. I think it's better to have 2 leaders than 1. But I think it'll work out. Both of these guys and the rest of the team really want to win a championship. And Iverson stated all he wants is a championship, he doesn't care about scoring champion. He just really wants that championship. So he'll probably work with Melo because he knows that the only way for him to win a championship is to coincide with Melo.

Personally i would want it to be AI's team. HOWEVER, everyone inside the nuggets organization will say that it's Melo's team because he is obviously their future and they don't want to hurt his feelings saying otherwise. As for your other question i am one of the few who do think that they will get along just fine. I think AI and Melo are the same personality wise but i also think that AI is at the stage in his career where he's more mature and he understands what it feels like to be a misunderstood young player in the nba. Being that he can empathize with melo, i think he can guide melo and together they will be a force to reckon with in the western conference.

A.I. and Carmelo are players and therefore the team would not belong to either of them. To many time the stars think they are the only reason a team is as great as it is. That is a crock and the spoiled babies need to growup and get a life because they could not make it anywhere else in life (generally speaking).

realistically, a team shouldn't belong to one player. To be a champion, one must work as a team. Just look at the Florida Gators NCAA Basketball team. I'm sure that the Nuggets will make the playoffs and I think Carmelo is mature enough to not let his ego get in the way, but I feel Dallas will be one hard team to beat.

its still melos team, but AI will get his love. both wont be able to score 30+ points on the same night, if it does, maybe once or twice. AI will still dish out the assists, but may even avg more with melo, jr smith on the outside and camby in the post. melos assist #s should increase aswell. i think these 2 can mesh together. wont be the same as the kobe/shaq, stockton/malone, jordan/pippen, etc but will be highly effective.
