you cant judge "normal" with feelings but im going to say no, had it been that akward then i guess she needs practice, or if it was that good then you may have some gay inclinations, but there needs to be some more detail, was it a good or bad feeling that it felt like that

probably because you know she is your best friends sister and you may have felt a little out of place with her. yes i would say it is normal. nothing to worry about.

It"s just because your Friend is very close to you, like a family member.....May be you don't have any feelings for this girl except as another sibling..
