Buy him or her some protection and invite the teenager to have an opposite sex partners in his or her bedroom.
It is a good time to help the kid direct his or her sexual fantasy onto a person of the opposite sex.
Sex is a learning experience, and the best place to learn is not in the garage, or under the house, in the back seat of the car, or in the hand, the best place is in the bed, his bed or her bed.
And you can talk to your kid about the rules of sex and couples and so on. You know, the do's and the don'ts.
My wife and I did it, and it worked well.

walk away, then apolagize later for interupting. it really is not the parents business to tell them that they are too young to do that either.( quite a few parents use that excuse to express the way they feel) what they should do is have the talk with them if they havent already and to ask if they have any questions about anything. i think it is important for the father to deal with this situation, rather than the mother.

What you will do is to masterbate with him...JJJOOOOOKEEE
Noope the first thing you should do is to let him know what is the significance of doing that nasty thing and also it is very normal to a teenager to do that because he is undergoing in to the puberty stage wherein his development in his body is immensable and his masturation as a living will compensate as time goes by.

Get embarrassed. Apologize. And implement a knock first policy in the home.
Then maybe later try to joke about a situation that you once had.

Don't make a big deal out of it. They're already embassassed and you don't need to make it worse. You might ask them later if they want to talk about it. They might be confused on their feelings and don't know why they have those urges.

I'm not a parent but if I was in that situation I'd leave them alone. I wouldn't want them to be embarrassed about it.
