its a lot easyer to clean with foil, i just put a pan with foild lining it, then i bake it, take out the meat, and throw away the foil

If I just got the meat I wrap it up always. But if I've had it for awhile, and am positive it isn't tainted I just stick it in w/o and slow roast it till it's done.

Depends what kind of meat it is, at our house, most of the meat either goes in a crock-pot or on the grill.
