If he has an internet connection, then he has access to pornography. Since you posted a question here -- then you have access, too.
If he is a postgraduate student, he is probably over 21. He may or may not be looking at pornographic sites. Either way -- unless you are paying for his internet access, what business is it of yours?
He is an adult. And if he is doing graduate work, it sounds like he is a mature adult. Start treating him like one.

You can find out from windows temp Internet file / cookies/ history. But now a days packages are available which can erase all this any time and will not be visible. If you think you can ban these sites from his PC , they will go to some other sources like..Internate Cafe, other friend , Blue films easily available on roadside CDs.
In steed we need to educate them about the ill effects of pornography. and we also need to understand that they are grown up to know good and bad about it. and secondly, Belive your upbringing.

The law recognizes anyone over the age of 18 as an adult so I would say it's none of your business what he does in his free time. Do you need to know if he's looking at the stuff or not so that you can find some decent **** websites to go to? If not then leave it be.

What? What does it matter if your nephew, a _post-graduate student_ (I'll assume, then, that he's completed far more college than you), is looking at pornography on his computer? wtf. I'm only a graduate student and _I_ look at pornography on my computer. And, no, he will not go straight to hell for looking at pornography.
Get a clue. Learn to respect people, while you're at it.
I'm also pretty sure it's not legal or ethical to nose in on a family member's private Internet account.
