Every time i try to install run time it says THe installer cannot proceed with the current internet connection proxy settings. please check the instalation notes for more information. What do i do ? how do i change the settings or instalatoin notes? HELP!

Are u using any proxy server? if no then there is two reasons for first go to IE's Tools Menu>>Internt Options>>connections>>Click LAN settings button>>and uncheck the box with "Use the Proxy server for ur lan.....etc" if already unchecked the in Connections tab clck settings>>Uncheck here the proxy server box. Restart Browser.
Next problem could be due to firewall u r using. In firewall settings allow the setup of JRE to execute with full authentication.
