Here it goes. I met this guy,we were attracted to each other but more then anything we had a truly awesome friendship. Recently I did something to upset him. I blew him off 2 times,1st time ( I call it a miss communication) but he was coming home (he is a truck driver) and it was already late I told him I was going out to dinner with my dad instead and I would call him later that night well it got to late and I never called he said he waited all night for my call to see me. 2nd time, I didnt bother b/c he was busy making a delivery and I didnt want him to rush and plus never really said "are you coming so we can go out" But he accused me of lying to him and actually having a boyfriend which isnt true. He asked my reasoning for what I did but I told him I didnt have one and Im sorry. He called me a liar and said I really did him wrong. Now we dont talk but I miss him. What can I do how can I fix this? I know what I did but when I tell him he is wrong 2 he tends to always turn it on me.

I may have not been clear but we werent in a relationship, just friends. And I did say I would call him but the fact that it got to late and he sleeps alot b/c of being a trucker I never called him. And I guess I said that last part kind wrong its not that he turns my words on me BUT he tells peopel whats wrong with them but when you try to tell him he flaws he doesnt want to hear it or when you try to correct him. Im just scared we had a good friendship but he is soo hard headed.

This guy sounds very insecure and is that worth it? Talk to him and tell him your reasons for not calling etc.,if that doesn't hit the spot your looking for look elsewhere. Also never let someone blame everything on you--it is a sign of a sick soul and this will only hurt your self esteem. Good luck.

Get out while you can and your heart isn't too wrapped up. He should have told you before hand that he would wait up. He sounds very possessive and controlling. When you point out that he is wrong and he turns it around on you...he's making you out to be responsible. Sounds pretty childish to me. How old is he?

this sounds like trouble, it sounds like he can't handle the fact that you have a life, and he's always going to find fault where there is none, he's always going to blame you and twist yoru words, just not a good match for you.

Maybe he thinks you're playing games with him. I don't know, but I wonder why HE didn't call you. Above all else though, to me he sounds quite controlling. You don't need that!

Movin' On. Not only an obscure TV show in the '80s, it is what you should do!
