I know this is old but on VH1 they`re giving re-runs. in my opinion she was the ugliest & worse one. What do you think? :)

Because she looks like Michael Jackson in the You Are Not Alone video. Seriously- compare. *shudders*

the only reason she won was because of the grand prize. This was before the covergirl contract, Mercedes would have won if it were a contract with covergirl because she had better personality and charisma. but the prize was a sephora contract which is a beauty campaign which made yohanna a better canditate.

The judges like the fact that she was so knowledgeable about the industry and she knew how to pose. They also thought she had great bone structure. They thought Mercedes was too "commercial".

A model doesn't have to fit the typical profile. They saw something new and fresh about her.

I think she had the "model look", and most of her pictures came out good. Me personally, I think Shandi should've won.
